    General Return Policy

    Our return policy gives you an option of easy 30 days returns and 30 days exchange. You can choose to return/exchange within the period of 30 days. If 30 days gone by after your purchase date, we won’t be able to return/exchange and give you refunds for the same.

    Conditions for return is that you don’t use the product, unwashed, all tags attached, and with the original packaging.

    Few items which are likely to spoil or decay quickly such as fruits, vegetables, flowers, etc., are not eligible for return. And for hygiene purposes, intimate products and sanitary goods are not available for returns.

    We don’t have a return policy for a few other items too, such as

    • Cosmetics
    • Personal care products,
    • Customized gift cards,
    • Hazardous items,
    • Flammable fluids,
    • Software

    In a few products, an only partial refund is possible such as, Books in used condition, CD/DVD/Video game/Cassette/Vinyl record that has been opened. If any of the products is not in its original condition, damaged, packaging not up to the mark, or any of the parts is missing. To complete your return, we will need a receipt or proof of the purchased product.

    You are not required to send your purchased product back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds (if applicable)

    Once you create a return as per return policy, we will quickly inspect and send you an email and notify you that we have received your product. We will also inform you whether the item is applicable for the refund or not.

    If it got approved, we would initiate the refund process, and it will take approx. 3 to 4 days and the refund amount is expected to reflect in your original mode of payment

    Late or missing refunds (If applicable)

    If you haven’t received your refund amount,

    First, we will check on our part, and if nothing seems wrong from our side, then you will need to recheck your bank account statement.

    Then contact your credit card company.

    Next, you will need to contact your bank; there is usually all bank take different processing time to initiate the refund process.

    Sale Items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced are eligible for return, and if we are having any sale going on, we don’t offer those items to be refunded.

    Exchanges (if applicable)

    Under exchange policy, we only exchange products if they are defective or in damaged condition. If you need to exchange for the same item for the size issue, send us an email and return your purchased product at 123 fake st, La Crescenta CA 91213, United States.

    Gift Items

    If the product is marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

    If the product wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the one who has gifted to you had the order shipped at his place and will give you later, then we will send a refund to the person who has gifted, and he will find out about your return.


    You will be responsible for paying shipping costs and returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
